(A) Applicants seeking to utilize any provision of the following regulations must submit an application no less than ten business days from the beginning date of the request. City staff will review the request as provided. Additional information may be required for staff to fully assess the request. Applicants must provide the additional information within two business days of the request from city staff. Delays in receiving the additional information may result in denial of the request.
(B) Requests that include full or partial sidewalk closures, refer to § 96.107. Requests that include full or partial street closures shall require City Council approval, if the closure will last more than four hours. Applications requiring Council approval, including exceptions provided under §§ 96.103(A) and 96.104(G) must be submitted no less than ten business days prior to the next meeting of the City Council.
