§ 93.03 TRESPASS ON PARK AT NIGHT; STREET CLOSING.
   (A)   Except as set forth herein, no person shall occupy, use, loiter in, or trespass in, or upon, any of the parks located within the village, as set forth above, between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. daily without the written consent of the Director of Recreation.
   (B)   No person shall occupy, use, loiter in, or trespass in, or upon, the park adjacent to the Village Hall between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
   (C)   No person shall occupy, use, loiter in, or trespass in, or upon, Czarny Park at, or near, Grant and Louis Streets between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
   (D)   During those periods as any adjoining streets and/or roads shall be closed by the order of the village’s Police Chief, Village Clerk, or Fire District, the streets shall be included as part of the park and all of the park regulations adopted shall be applicable to those areas. This division deals specifically with such situations as festivals, events, or other activities which are prescheduled, and includes activities for which street closings are made necessary.
