(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) In addition to any penalty imposed by law, any person violating any provision of § 91.01 shall, upon conviction of such violation, be punished by a fine of $50.
