§ 91.03  PARKING VEHICLES WITHIN PARK.
   (A)   Due to inclement weather and/or unsuitable conditions, the grassy areas of the town park may be unsuitable for parking vehicles, and parking restrictions may be necessary for the safety and protection of its citizens and its property.
   (B)   If so determined by the Town Council, Town Marshal, Town Street Superintendent, and/or Town Park Manager, the town may place “No Parking” signs at the park to prohibit parking on the grassy areas.
   (C)   If a “No Parking” sign has been posted at the town park due to inclement weather and/or unsuitable conditions, no person shall park any motor vehicle on the grassy areas of the town park until such “No Parking” sign has been removed by the proper town employee.
   (D)   Law enforcement officers and town employees shall be excluded from the restrictions set forth in division (C) above.
