(A) From November 1 of each year to and including March 31 of each succeeding year, no person shall be permitted within the Rossville Park between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m., Eastern Standard Time.
(B) From April 1 of each year to October 31 of the same year, no person shall be permitted within the Rossville Park between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m., Eastern Standard Time.
(C) Law enforcement officers and persons participating or viewing an organized sporting event at the Rossville Park shall be excluded from the restrictions set forth in divisions (A) and (B) above.
