§ 90.05  DOG TAG.
   Upon compliance with the provisions of §§ 90.03 and 90.04, the Town Marshal shall issue to the owner a license certificate and metal tag, or tag of other durable material, for each dog so licensed. The shape of the tag shall be changed each year and shall have stamped thereon the year for which it was issued and the number corresponding with the serial number of the certificate. Such licensed dog shall wear said tag at all times and the owner shall provide each dog with a collar to which the license tag shall be affixed, and shall see that the collar and tag are worn by the dog. In case a dog license tag be destroyed or lost, a duplicate tag shall be issued by the Marshal upon presentment of the license certificate or receipt showing payment of the license fee, and upon the payment of $0.50 for such duplicate. Dog licenses and certificates shall not be transferred from one dog to another and no refund shall be made on any dog license fee because of death of the dog or because of any other reason.
