§ 90.04  LICENSING.
   All dogs kept, harbored, or maintained by their owners within the town shall be licensed within three months of the effective date of this subchapter or within three months thereafter at the time a dog is acquired by an owner. Such dog license shall be valid until December 31. All such dogs shall be licensed annually and such license shall be valid from January 1 until December 31 of each year. Such license shall be issued by the Town Marshal upon the payment to him or her of the annual fee of $1 for each male dog and $1 for each spayed female, and $2 for each unspayed female. Such fee shall be presented to the Town Marshal with a certificate signed by a veterinarian, duly inoculated against rabies by such veterinarian, upon a date not more than one year prior to the effective date of the license. Application for such license shall be on forms prepared and furnished by the Town Council.
