§ 90.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   (1)   Any person violating any provisions §§ 90.01 through 90.20 shall be, upon conviction of such violation, punished by a fine of $50.

      (2)   Upon conviction of any person violating any provision of this animal involved impounded for any length of time, or turned over to the County Humane Society to be disposed of by such society.
