Every owner of a dog kept, harbored, or maintained within the town shall, within three months after the effective date of this subchapter or thereafter within three months of acquiring a dog, register such dog with the Town Marshal on forms provided by said Marshal in which the owner shall state the owner’s name, address, dog’s name, breed, color, and sex. The Marshal is hereby authorized to prepare such forms, or combination of forms, and to keep same in a book as will conform with the requirements of this section and § 90.04.
