6-10-7: DISPOSITION OF UNCLAIMED VEHICLE:
Any motor vehicle that is not reclaimed or subject to judicial review within thirty-five (35) days after the administrative hearing officer issues a final written decision shall be deemed abandoned disposed of as an unclaimed vehicle as provided by law.
