A. Designation Of Park; Firearms Prohibited: “Parkway Bank Park” is hereby designated as a prohibited area under section 65 of the Firearm Concealed Carry Act (430 ILCS 66/65).
B. Signs Posted:
1. The tenants of all Village owned property located within Parkway Bank Park shall post signs at the entrance or entrances to the building, premises or real property stating that the carrying of firearms is prohibited. The signs to be posted shall be a uniform design as established by the Illinois Department of State Police and shall be provided by the Department of Public Safety.
2. Signs indicating that the carrying of firearms is prohibited within Parkway Bank Park shall be posted in each elevator lobby and at each walkway entering Parkway Bank Park. Such signs shall be clear and conspicuous and shall contain the uniform design established by the Illinois Department of State Police.
C. Penalties:
1. Any person that violates any provision of this section shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) for each offense.
2. Any person found in violation of this section shall be expelled from Parkway Bank Park.
