Any person convicted of a violation of any provision of this section shall be subject to the following penalties for each offense:
A. A fine of not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) nor more than twenty five thousand dollars ($25,000.00); or
B. An order to make restitution or reparation in an amount not to exceed actual loss or damage to property and pecuniary loss in those cases involving damage to property and pecuniary loss; or
C. In the case of a minor or indigent person, an order of community service of not less than fifty (50) community service hours.
