No persons shall:
A. Cause or allow the open dumping of any waste within the Village.
B. Abandon, dump or deposit any waste upon any street, sidewalk, alley, park or other public place within the Village; except, that the owner or occupant of a single-family house or condominium to which the Village provides waste removal service may place waste in a street, alley or other public right-of-way in accordance with and subject to subsection 5-3-3-3A of this chapter.
C. Cause or allow the open burning of waste within the Village which is not in accordance with the requirements of the Illinois Environmental Protection Act or any other applicable law, ordinance, rule or regulation.

D. Store, cast, throw, drop, place or deposit anywhere within the Village any waste in such a manner that the waste may be carried by the action of the sun, wind, rain or snow into or upon any street, sidewalk, alley, park or other place in the Village or into or upon adjacent premises.
E. Store, place or deposit any landscape waste, except firewood, within an enclosed structure. All firewood stored within an enclosed structure must be stored in a place and manner so that it is not susceptible to spontaneous combustion.
