5-3-4: WASTE NOT SUBJECT TO REMOVAL BY VILLAGE:
   A.   The Village shall not remove the following types of waste from single-family houses and condominiums:
      1.   Garbage that is not within a bag and container as required by subsections 5-3-3-2A1 and A6 of this chapter.
      2.   Any waste which is produced or generated other than through the use of the premises as a residence.
      3.   Any waste produced or generated as the result of construction or repair activity unless such waste is placed in a container that meets the requirements of subsection 5-3-3-2A1 of this chapter.
      4.   Any landscape waste that is not within a biodegradable container as required by subsection 5-3-3-2A5 of this chapter.
      5.   Any appliances, furniture or other items which cannot be placed in a container which meets the requirements of subsection 5-3-3-2A1 of this chapter.
      6.   Any waste which has not been placed along the curb or other location designated by the Village as the area or place where waste to be removed by the Village will be picked up by the Village.
   B.   No person shall place any waste on a street, parkway, sidewalk, alley or other public right-of-way which is not subject to removal by the Village under the provisions of this chapter; except, that large items otherwise not subject to removal under subsection A5 of this section may be placed on a public right-of-way adjacent to a single-family house or condominium on days designated by the Director of Public Works as days on which the Village will remove large waste items from the premises of single-family houses and condominiums.
