A. Every owner or occupant of a single-family house or condominium for which the Village provides waste removal service shall place or deposit ashes, landscape waste, rubbish and recyclable waste in separate containers. The containers shall be of the material, construction and capacity set forth in section 5-3-3-2 of this section 5-3-3 for refuse and landscape waste.
B. Every owner of a multi-family building other than a condominium located within the Village shall provide at least one container of the material, construction and capacity described in subsection 5-3-3-2A1 of this section 5-3-3 for use by the occupants of each dwelling unit within the multi- family building.
C. Every owner or occupant of premises within the Village which is not used for residential purposes must provide a sufficient number of containers for the deposit of waste produced or located on the premises.
