13-1-6: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
Any person violating any of the provisions of this title shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00). Each day a violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder.
