§ 1-3-28 ORDINANCE BOOK MAINTENANCE.
   All ordinances, by-laws and resolutions passed by the Council and approved by the Mayor, or the person acting in his or her stead, shall be recorded in a book kept by the Clerk called “the ordinance book” and numbered in the order in which they are passed.
