§ 8-1-12 LOCATION OF CURB AND TREE LINE.
   The curb line and tree line as now established within the city shall be and hereby is declared to be the established curb and tree line for the city.

§ 8-1-13 USE OF TRUCKS ON MAIN STREET.
   (A)   The use of Main Street in the city by all semi-tractor and trailer vehicles for the entire length thereof is hereby prohibited, and the use of Main Street by all other trucks in excess of two tons from 5th Avenue SW to the west end of Main Street is hereby prohibited; provided, however, that, Main Street may be crossed at a 90-degree angle by all trucks at street intersections.
   (B)   Freight trucks, otherwise prohibited from using all or a portion of Main Street under division (A) above, and having no other exchange point than a Main Street entrance, may use only that portion of Main Street fronting the block in which such entrance in located.

§ 8-1-14 VEHICLES WITH GVW IN EXCESS OF FIVE TONS ON 3RD AVENUE NW.
   (A)   Vehicles in excess of five tons’ gross vehicle weight shall be prohibited from operation upon Third Avenue Northwest along that portion of its length lying and being between Round Butte Road and Highway 93.
   (B)   The City Public Works Department is instructed to erect necessary signage.
   (C)   Violation of this section shall constitute a civil misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed $100.

CONSTRUCTION
§ 8-1-25 APPROVAL REQUIRED.
   No curbing or sidewalk shall be constructed, except by the written approval of the City Council or its designated representative. The construction and location of any sidewalk so approved shall be in accordance with such specifications as the Council shall prescribe, but all construction shall as far as possible be uniform.
