Application for city sewer to be used for any purpose shall be made to the Public Works Department (PWD), upon the printed form supplied by the Department. This form shall be signed by the owner or duly authorized agent of the owner of the property. The owner or owners of property requiring a connection to the sewer mains of the city shall pay a main connection fee as set forth in the table of fees in § 1-7-1 of this chapter. Upon approval by the Public Works Director, the applicant will pay the appropriate sewer hookup fee.
