§ 6-4-4 JUVENILE VIOLATORS.
   Any minor violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and may be taken into custody for referral to juvenile authorities or to their legal custodian, guardian or parent. Such offense shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $50.
