§ 37.25 POSITIONS REQUIRING VILLAGE RESIDENCY.

Employees in the following positions shall be residents within the corporate boundaries of Lockport Township, Will County, Illinois and DuPage Township, Will County, Illinois as hereinafter provided:

(A) Director of Public Works

(B) Superintendent of Public Works Operations

(D) Utility Division Foreman

(E) Sewage Treatment Division Superintendent

(F) Buildings and Grounds Division Foreman

(G) Building Inspector

(H) Budget Officer

(I) Personnel Coordinator

(J) Police Social Worker

(K) Economic Development Commission Director

(L) Recreation Director

(M) Village Planner
