1345.03 UNIT REQUIRED FOR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.

No Certificate of Occupancy shall be issued by the Building Commissioner for the occupation of any such home, residential apartment, hotel, motel or other building as provided in Section 1345.01 until such garbage disposal unit is provided for and installed as set forth in Section 1345.01.
