A down payment in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the full rental fee is due at the time of the contract signing. Any remaining balance is to be paid in full no later than thirty (30) days before the rental date. All rental cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made at least fourteen (14) days prior to the rental date will receive a seventy-five percent (75%) refund of the rental fee. No refunds will be given for any reservation cancelled with less than a fourteen (14) day notice. At the City's discretion, a credit card processing convenience fee may be applied. Yearly rental contracts may be paid monthly, thirty (30) days prior to the rental date.
