All groups, organizations or individuals using Memorial Hall, The Community Room, and The Club Room shall provide a chaperone or supervisor who shall be at all times responsible to the City for the actions of members of such group or organization while using the building or the surrounding premises in connection therewith. The Manager shall set requirements and conditions for the security and protection of City property as part of his approval of any use of the premises. Any additional cost incurred by the City of Rocky River to accomplish protection of the premises shall be added to the rental rates. At the City's discretion, an after-hours supervisor may be needed based on the nature of the event and/or the number of people attending. If an after-hours Building Supervisor is needed, the contract will be assessed a flat rate.
