947.02 LOCAL GROUPS GIVEN PREFERENCE.

    In the scheduling of events for Memorial Hall, The Community Room, and The Club Room, local Rocky River organizations and residents shall be given preference as far as practicable. For the purpose of this Chapter, an organization, to be considered local to Rocky River, must have not less than fifty percent (50%) of its members as residents of Rocky River.
