941.04 CLASSIFICATION OF STRUCTURES.
   All residential and business structures within the City for purposes of this Chapter shall be divided into the following classes:
 
Class
Type of Structure
I
Single-family
Two-Family
Townhouses (attached single-family)
Class A and Class B
II
Apartments
Golden age center
Senior citizen housing
III
All other building structures
