§ 94.04 PROHIBITION.
   Burning which may otherwise be allowed by § 94.03 shall be prohibited on any day on which:
   (A)   The average surface wind speed between 6:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. is in excess of ten mph; or
   (B)   The Fire Chief or Town Superintendent has determined the atmospheric conditions or other conditions at the location of the fire create a hazard.
