§ 94.03 LAWFUL BURNING MATERIALS.
   Leaves, trees limbs not exceeding three inches in diameter, and other clean wood products may be burned between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. prevailing local time, on any day, so long as such burning is no closer than ten feet to any sidewalk or paved area, so long as such burning is attended at all times by someone at least 18 years of age, and so long as such burning does not create a health hazard or nuisance, as defined by I.C. 32-30-6-6.
