Any person violating any applicable provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than $100, nor more than $500 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. In addition, if such person fails or refuses to abate or to cease violating any provision of this chapter, the Town Marshal may cause the same to be abated and said violator shall be liable for costs incurred therefrom.
