§ 90.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person violating any of the provisions of § 90.01 shall be fined in the sum of not less than $10, nor more than $100 for each violation, and each day a violation continues is a separate offense.

   (C)   Any person convicted of a violation of § 90.03 shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $100.

   (D)   Any person violating § 90.04 shall be subject to a fine of not less than $15 and nor more than $25.
   (E)   Any person violating any provision of §§ 90.15 through 90.17 shall be deemed guilty of a punishable offense and shall be punished by a fine of not less than $10, nor more than $200. If a violation shall be continuing, each day’s violation shall be deemed a separate offense.
