§ 90.01 KEEPING OF ANIMALS OTHER THAN DOGS OR CATS.
   The keeping and/or harboring of horses, swine, sheep, goats, fowl and any and all animals, or fowls other than dogs or cats within the corporate limits of the town is declared to constitute a nuisance. From and after May 18, 1970, it shall be unlawful for any person, persons, firm, firms, corporation or corporations to keep or harbor horses, swine, sheep, goats, fowl of any kind or nature and any and all animals or fowls other than dogs or cats within the corporate limits of the town.
