§ 90.04 BARKING, MAKING NOISE.
   Any person who owns a dog within the town and permits such dog at any time to bark or make any noise which disturbs, annoys or interferes with the peace and enjoyment of the inhabitants shall be guilty of a public nuisance and be subject to § 90.99.
