(A) No person shall bury any dead animal or animals within the corporate limits of the town.
(B) In case any person has buried any dead animal or animals within the corporate limits of the town, he or she may be required by the Town Marshal to remove the same without the corporate limits, and in the event of refusal, the Marshal may so remove the same and recover the costs and expenses thereby occasioned by action of debt brought against such party making such refusal in any court of competent jurisdiction.
