§ 92.03 OFF-STREET PARKING.
   (A)   Property owners, renters and persons permitted to use the property where the vehicle is stored who do not have off-street parking available shall be permitted to park their vehicles and equipment on the right-of-way adjacent to their property.
   (B)   However, § 92.04 shall apply.
