§ 92.04 VEHICLES STORED IN EXCESS OF 30 DAYS.
   (A)   Vehicles stored in excess of 30 days shall be declared abandoned. A vehicle abandoned in violation of this section is subject to the provisions for removal of abandoned vehicles under O.R.S. 819.110 and 819.120 and to being sold as provided under O.R.S. 819.210 or 819.220.
   (B)   The offense described in this section, abandoning a vehicle, is a Class B traffic violation.
