8-3-3: CONTENTS OF SITE PREPARATION PLAN:
A site preparation plan shall include such information as may be required by the director of community services, village engineer or village forester to minimize damage to the land in question as well as surrounding property and to demonstrate safe site construction management, including drawings or narrative description for one or more of the following categories of site preparation work to be performed:
   A.   Removal of trees, tree pruning, root pruning, and other tree care activities that are proposed in the permit application.
   B.   Installation of protective tree fencing. All protective tree fencing shall be chainlink fence construction with anchored posts and chainlink fabric meeting such specifications as from time to time required by the director of community services to establish sturdy and reliable fencing.
   C.   Installation of erosion control measures and construction driveway.
   D.   Installation of perimeter area construction fencing. (Ord. 07-4-6, 4-17-2007)
   E.   Installation of temporary markers delineating the limits of protected woodland under the Riverwoods tree and woodland protection ordinance or permanent "protected area" markers at the boundaries of wetlands, wetland buffers, or protected areas proposed to remain undisturbed.    F.   Abandonment of existing water well or installation of protective fencing around well that is to remain.
   G.   Shutoff of gas lines or other utilities.
   H.   Location and delivery of portable toilet and trash receptacle.
   I.   Installation of contractor sign meeting the requirements of section 8-3-6 of this chapter.
   J.   If excavation is required for a new structure, foundation, utility installation or drainage improvement, then the site preparation plan shall indicate the: 1) installation of a single construction entrance, which may be in the location of the permanent driveway, from the adjoining public or private street to the lot and 2) installation of additional fencing in the construction area so that all construction traffic to and from the construction area uses the construction driveway. The construction driveway shall be constructed with three inch (3") crushed limestone to a minimum compacted depth of six inches (6").
   K.   The site preparation plan shall indicate that, prior to installation of the construction driveway, the applicant shall be required to install, repair or replace culverts and ditches so that the natural flow of surface stormwater on or along the lot is not impeded by the construction driveway or debris and construction materials. All culverts shall be installed, repaired or replaced in accordance with the requirements under title 7, chapter 1, "Culverts, Ditches And Swales", of this Code. The applicant is responsible for securing all necessary approvals from the Village or other governmental bodies having jurisdiction before locating its construction driveway. (Ord. 07-4-6, 4-17-2007)
