No bicycle shall be ridden at any time, any place or in any manner so as to be dangerous to any person or property.

(A) No person shall operate a bicycle at greater speed than is reasonably prudent under the conditions then existing.
(B) At no time may the operator of a bicycle exceed the posted speed limits within the parks.

Every person operating a bicycle upon a roadway shall ride as near the right-hand side of the roadway as is practical, exercising due care when passing a standing vehicle or one proceeding in the same direction.

(A) A person operating a bicycle shall not ride other than upon or astride a permanent and regular seat attached thereto.
(B) No bicycle shall be used to carry more persons at one time than the number for which it is designed and equipped; except that, an adult rider may carry a child securely attached to his or her person in a back pack or sling or in a special seat securely attached to the bicycle.

No bicycle shall be ridden upon any drive or roadway within the park between the hours of sunset to sunrise without displaying at least one lighted lamp exhibiting a white light or a light of a yellow or amber tint, visible from a distance of 500 feet to the front of the bicycle and with at least one lighted lamp exhibiting a red light visible from a distance of 500 feet to the rear.
