§ 131.037 BICYCLES IN THE PARKS.
   Every person riding a bicycle within the confines of the park district shall be granted all the rights and shall be subject to all the duties applicable to the driver of a vehicle under these ordinances.

§ 131.038 BICYCLES ENDANGERING PERSONS OR PROPERTY.
   No bicycle shall be ridden at any time, any place or in any manner so as to be dangerous to any person or property.

§ 131.039 SPEED OF BICYCLES.
   (A)   No person shall operate a bicycle at greater speed than is reasonably prudent under the conditions then existing.
   (B)   At no time may the operator of a bicycle exceed the posted speed limits within the parks.

§ 131.040 RIDING ON THE RIGHT.
   Every person operating a bicycle upon a roadway shall ride as near the right-hand side of the roadway as is practical, exercising due care when passing a standing vehicle or one proceeding in the same direction.

§ 131.041 RIDING ON BICYCLES.
   (A)   A person operating a bicycle shall not ride other than upon or astride a permanent and regular seat attached thereto.
   (B)   No bicycle shall be used to carry more persons at one time than the number for which it is designed and equipped; except that, an adult rider may carry a child securely attached to his or her person in a back pack or sling or in a special seat securely attached to the bicycle.
