§ 131.999 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.

   (B)   Any person violating any clause or provision of any section of §§ 131.001 through 131.024 and 131.035 through 131.053, unless otherwise stated, shall be fined not less than $200, nor more than $750, for each offense, upon conviction thereof.

   (C)   Any person guilty of violating § 131.051 shall be fined not less than $10, nor more than $100, per incident.

   (D)   Any person violating any provision of §§ 131.065 through 131.072 shall be liable, on conviction thereof, for a fine of not less than $250, nor more than $750, for each offense. Each day a violation continues shall be considered a separate offense.
