(A) No person shall trap, catch, wound or kill, or treat cruelly or attempt to trap, catch, wound or kill any bird or animal, or molest or rob any nest of any bird or animal in the park system.
(B) Catching of fish with hook and line in authorized fishing areas is not prohibited under this section.
