No adult person shall, in any manner, use any of the playground apparatus or devices meant exclusively for the use of the children.

Fishing is permitted in ponds in village parks, except in areas which are marked as “no fishing” areas. Persons fishing in village park ponds shall have a valid state fishing license or state exemption therefrom. State laws pertaining to fishing shall be observed by all persons fishing in village parks. Fishing in village ponds shall be only with hook and line; all other methods of fishing, including, but not limited to, net fishing, spear fishing, bow fishing and catching fish by hand, are prohibited.

No intoxicated person shall enter, be or remain in the park, nor shall any person bring within, sell, give away or drink any intoxicating liquors in the park, except as approved and licensed by the President of the Village Board of Trustees pursuant to the ordinances of the village.
