(A) Each mobile home shall be allotted a site of not less than 1,000 square feet. No mobile home shall be parked closer than five feet to the side lot lines of a trailer park or mobile home park, if the abutting property is improved property, or closer than ten feet to a public street, alley, or building. Each individual mobile home site shall abut or face a driveway or clear unoccupied space of not less than 20 feet in width, which space shall have unobstructed access to a public highway or alley. There shall be an open space of at least ten feet between the sides of every mobile home and at least five feet between the ends of every mobile home.
(B) Off street parking area. Every licensee of a manufactured home park shall provide for an off-street parking area of 400 square feet. The parking area must be paved or rocked with a minimum four inch base.
(C) Fire extinguisher. All manufactured housing units located in the village shall be equipped with a fire extinguishing apparatus capable of extinguishing all types of fires. Such extinguishers shall be of sufficient size so that they will reasonably protect the manufactured housing units. All fire extinguishers shall be approved by the Fire Chief or his or her designated representative prior to installation.
