(A) Village police officers are authorized to issue citations to the owner of any mobile home or trailer coach that is in violation of any section of this chapter.
(B) Village police officers are authorized to issue citations to any licensee under § 112.02 with a mobile home or trailer coach in violation of any section of this chapter within its mobile home park.
(C) A violation of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not less than $2,500.
