SCHEDULE I. NO PARKING.
   (A)   (1)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to park any motor vehicle within the areas indicated below:

Both sides from 7th Street to the bridge in the 800 block of Kinzie Street
South side from the aforementioned bridge to 10th Street
Lydia Lane
From 9th Street to a point 95 feet west on 9th Street
Madison Street
South side from 7th Street to 10th Street
Menard Street
Both sides from River Road to 3rd Street
Riverton Road
North 7th Street and the eastern corporate limits of the village
Spaulding Street
South side from 5th Street and 6th Street
Washington Street
South side from 6th Street to 7th Street
 
      (2)   It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle with the left side of such vehicle next to the curb on any of the following named streets:
         (a)   3rd Street;
         (b)   7th Street; and
         (c)   Jefferson Street.

   (B)   Parking of motor vehicles, except for such emergency vehicles as are necessary for the maintenance and health of the village, for fire prevention and police protection, is hereby forbidden on both sides of 5th Street between Menard Street and the Norfolk and Western Railroad tracks located in the village.

SCHEDULE II. LIMITED PARKING.
   It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle, for a period of time longer than specified, on any of the following named streets:

On the south side from the intersection with 7th Street and going from 7th Street to 5th Street
Can only be used for bus loading and unloading between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. only on days that Riverton Unit School District No. 14 is in session and Riverton Elementary School is open. Violators may be towed at the discretion of the Chief of Police

SCHEDULE III. PARALLEL PARKING.
   Motor vehicles may be parked on any of the following named streets as long as the vehicle is parked parallel to and immediately adjacent to the curb:

SCHEDULE IV. COMBINATION PARKING.
   (A)   No person shall park a truck (except those licensed by the state with a B license classification), a bus having a rated seating capacity of 20 or more passengers, farm equipment, construction equipment, trailers or any motor homes of any description or use on any public street.
   (B)   No person shall park, stop or stand any truck tractor or trailer upon private property when such property is located in a zoned residential area.
   (C)   This schedule shall not apply to trailers used by contractors for the purpose of construction in a given area. Parking of these trailers must be approved by the Village Board of Trustees prior to their being placed.
   (D)   For the purpose of this schedule, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      TRAILER. Every vehicle without motive power in operation, other than a pole trailer, designed for carrying persons or property and for being drawn by a motor vehicle and so constructed that no part of its weight rests upon the towing vehicle.
      TRUCK TRACTOR. Every motor vehicle designed and used primarily for drawing other vehicles and not so constructed as to carry a load other than a part of the weight of the vehicle and load so drawn.

SCHEDULE V. DISABLED PARKING ZONES.
   In accordance with § 11-1301.3 of the Illinois Vehicle Code, which is herein adopted by reference, no person other than a person displaying a valid disabled registration plate or placard may park in a parking place reserved for persons with disabilities, which shall be in the following places in the village and which shall be marked with a disabled parking zone sign:
