SCHEDULE IV. COMBINATION PARKING.
   (A)   No person shall park a truck (except those licensed by the state with a B license classification), a bus having a rated seating capacity of 20 or more passengers, farm equipment, construction equipment, trailers or any motor homes of any description or use on any public street.
   (B)   No person shall park, stop or stand any truck tractor or trailer upon private property when such property is located in a zoned residential area.
   (C)   This schedule shall not apply to trailers used by contractors for the purpose of construction in a given area. Parking of these trailers must be approved by the Village Board of Trustees prior to their being placed.
   (D)   For the purpose of this schedule, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      TRAILER. Every vehicle without motive power in operation, other than a pole trailer, designed for carrying persons or property and for being drawn by a motor vehicle and so constructed that no part of its weight rests upon the towing vehicle.
      TRUCK TRACTOR. Every motor vehicle designed and used primarily for drawing other vehicles and not so constructed as to carry a load other than a part of the weight of the vehicle and load so drawn.
