§ 70.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this traffic code for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.

   (B)   Whoever violates any provisions of §§ 70.15 and 70.16 of this chapter shall be fined not less than $10, nor more than $250, for each offense.

   (C)   Whoever violates any provision of Ch. 73, Schd. I, of this title shall be fined not less than $25, nor more than $250, for each offense.
