Except as set forth in sections 6-7-2 through 6-7-4 of this chapter, it shall be unlawful for any person to make, continue or cause to be made or continued any noise from any of the following sources which can be heard by the unaided human ear seventy five feet or more from the source of the noise: a horn or signaling device; radio; television; stereo; loudspeaker; human voice; musical instrument; animal; internal combustion or steam engine; loading or unloading of containers; fan or blower; train engine or other train component including refrigeration units, if for a period of more than fifteen minutes.
