6-7-4: EMERGENCIES; OTHER LAWS:

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to make unlawful any noise from any emergency vehicle or activity necessary to prevent injury to persons or property at any time. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to make unlawful any noise from any source the operation of which is required by local, state or federal law or regulation. (Ord. 2920, 3-12-2001)
