(a) A person heretofore licensed by the State for the current year is not subject to the provisions of Sections 802.11 through 802.18. However, such person shall register, for informational purposes only, the business name, the location of such business and the nature and type of business engaged in, and shall submit other information regarding the size and space of the premises used for such business. The principal or agent registering such information on a form prescribed by the Village shall pay no fee for such registration, but shall show evidence to the Village of his or her State license and agree to comply with all laws, ordinances and regulations related to such business and the premises used therefor.

(b) Every such registrant shall pay an annual fee for inspection by the proper Village officials. Such fee shall be eighty dollars ($80.00) per year.
