A separate license is required for each of the various lines or kinds of businesses, trades or occupations regulated by this Title Two of Part Eight - the Business Regulation and Taxation Code. However, where a person has obtained a license for engaging in one or more of the lines or kinds of business, trade or occupation and desires to carry on a minor or incidental business in connection therewith, but not as a principal or major portion of his or her trade, business or occupation, he or she may do so upon paying a license fee of ten dollars ($10.00) in addition to the license fee paid by him or her for carrying on his or her principal trade, business or occupation.
